TS PGECET 2017 User Guide to Fill the Online Application form @ The candidates are required to be ready with the following mandatory / optional details to fill in the appropriate fields before filling the Online Application Form:

Before filling the Online Application Form, keep the Details required ready to fill in the appropriate fields:

The Mandatory details are as follows:

7. Category (SC, ST, BC, etc.) The Caste Certificate issued by the MRO /
Competent Authority
8. Special Category (NCC, PH, Sports, CAP, etc.) The Certificate issued by Competent Authority.

Step 1:

On your Internet Browser (preferably Google Chrome version 6.0 and above) type the website address, press ENTER button and you will see the following screen displayed on the computer screen.

Step 2:

Click on the button “Apply online” as shown encircled below.

Step 3:

After clicking the above button, the following “Registration” web page will appear.

Step 4:

The following example shows the sample data to be selected /entered in the “Registration” page with the details entered. Click on the encircled button “Submit”.

Step 5:

If the payment selected mode is Debit card / Credit card / Internet Banking, follow the instructions given in the below screenshot of the Registration Fee Payment web page and Click on the Make Payment:

Step 6:

Payment Through Credit Card / Debit Card page:

After entering the correct and mandatory details in the given below in the page of Payment Through Credit card / Debit card page given below, select the card type (VISA or MasterCard or Maestro) mentioned on the card and click the encircled button Make Payment. Be ready with the Card related details (Card number, Expiry date / From date, Security Code / CVV number etc).

The confirmation of successful payment of Registration Fee is shown with the “Transaction is successful”. Click on the Button “click here to Proceed further” and you will be navigated to the next page in Step 7.

Step 7:

You will receive the Registration ID (i.e your Login ID) and Password to your email and Mobile Number. Proceed to fill the application form by clicking the tab “Click here to Proceed further”.

Enter your Login ID and password

Step 9:

The page says change your password, click on “OK” Button your will redirect to the page shown below.

Fill Online Application Form

Please observe the format and fields in the Online Application form: (A Model of the Online Application Form is available for your reference on the TSPGECET 2015 website)

NOTE:1) All fields with ‘*’ symbol are MANDATORY fields.

  • As per details provided during the Registration Fee payment at AP Online or Debit Card / Credit Card, certain Items in the Online Application Form are FROZEN.

Step 12:

The first field is qualifying Degree. In case your Degree is B.Tech. Select the option B.Tech as shown below.

Then select the specialization that appears second field of step 8.

Step 13:

From the eligible tests that are displayed, select the tests you are intending to appear by selecting the check box provided against each test. Ensure to select the appropriate number of tests for which the fee has been paid.

Step 14:

Uploading of Photograph & Signature:


Upload the photograph:

Click button “Choose file” to upload the photograph file. The photograph file should be in the .jpg or jpeg file format and the size should be less than 40 KB.

Upload the Signature:

To upload the Signature Press the button “Select file” and ensure that the Signature’s file format should be .jpg or jpeg format and the size has to be less than 30 KB.

For example, photo and signature can be uploaded by clicking on the encircled buttons of “Choose file” and “Upload file” as shown above.

Step 15:

Candidate Details:

Candidate details like Candidate’s name, SSC Hall-ticket Number, month and year of passing, Father’ name, Date of Birth, and Mobile numbers are FROZEN.

Whereas the Community is SC and ST then the community field also is FROZEN. If the Community is other than SC and ST, candidate can select the community from the options given. Select the appropriate options for “seeking admission under special category”, “Local Area Status” and “Non Minority/Minority”.

Step 16:

Study Details

Select appropriate Districts for each class from 4 to upto Qualification.


Step 17:

Address for Correspondence:

Provide the House No. / Plot No. / Flat No.; Street / Locality/Village; Mandal / Town / City;District;State, Pin Code; Telephone Number (Landline)and Email.

Step 18:

Selecting Examination Centre

After furnishing ALL the required data and correct particulars, verify thoroughly the details and go through the Declaration at the end of the page. Select the check box encircled against – “I accept the Terms & Conditions” if you are done with Online Application Form filling. Then, press the encircled Submit button to proceed to the next page.

In case you have not completed the application form, each field error will be shown in message box which need to be properly completed. If all the details are furnished, then the screen will change to the next page after the Submit button is pressed.

Step 19:

After the Online Application Form is completed and submitted, a Preview of the FILLED IN ONLINE APPLICATION form page will appear on the screen. The Candidate’s details and a Registration Id. (which should be used for ALL future correspondence) will appear on the top of the page. If you want to still make any changes to the Application form, you have the option of Edit to go back. If you are satisfied, then click Confirm and Submit Application as shown below.

    ssc passing year is only upto 2011 i passed out in 2012…wat to do plz help
